It took a handful of attempts to succeed, (rescheduled multiple times) but I am grateful that they were willing to work with me. The management of the company spoke to me on the phone at length until we were able to come to an arrangement, regarding my long-expired tickets to ride in the balloon. They were patient and understanding, never rude. That means a lot. I think the only area for improvement would be in their policies. Since they reschedule flights often, I don't think expiration is fair to the customer.

Once we got the ride, the experience itself was incredible. Our pilot (Barry) was skilled and social and fun. He has a passion for this stuff, and it transferred. I'd definitely do it again.
